is an ICPR Fellow, Panjab University, Chandigarh and is currently working Kashmir Shaivism. His areas of interest are Vedanta, Samkhya, parapsychology, evolutionary theory, evolutionary psychology, etc.  He has also done work in parapsychology, and has investigated cases of reincarnation.
